Judge Overturns Prohibition on Wine Shipments to Texas

The only problem I have with Judge Harmon's decision is that the wineries in California don't seem to think it's real. They say the Wine Alliance guides their decisions, and the Wine Alliance won't allow them to ship. Will this ever be cleared up?
